7 THE SPIRITUAL NUMBER

For many
years, I have noted the presence of the number 7 in various areas of life. Not only is it found in our religious texts, but
in our everyday lives. With this in mind, I explored the many places where 7 is found, noting the way it is used sometimes
appearing coincidental and other times as a significant and spiritual number. This book is the result of this search.
Over
the past few decades, there has been evidence of a search for answers to the ultimate questions of life among the general
population of this country (USA). A current movement has been noted involving more interest in finding God without using a
formal religion as a guide.
This book does not step out of religion, but does give a view of how religion is a tool and not the goal for finding
God. My own personal search has led me to Meher Baba who said religions are like beads on a string.
